Spring Art, Yoga and Nature Retreat, Upper Court, Kemerton – 5th – 7th July 2024

Join us for a weekend of intentional playfulness and whimsy — dance through the flowers, roll down the hills and shine in the firelight. Tune into the tastes, scents and rebirth of the season with guided walks up Brendon Hill in the Cotswolds, drawing sessions and centering exercises using pottery and printing techniques.

A daily practice of yoga, meditation, writing and art anchors the weekend and deepens connections with sub-conscious thoughts and dreams to bring them into alignment with the natural rhythms of Spring. It’s a space of co-creation with the opportunity to build and offer to the group.

Let nature surrounds you. Collect clippings, curate your own wildflower bouquet and take home cuttings from Upper Court’s Spring garden and grounds, with expert advice to get your home garden going from House Gardener, Bill.

Indulge in cold plunges, sauna sessions and the wood-fired hot tub.

Also take home the start of an independent daily practice of meditation, yoga and writing to create an intentional season — and launch the Summer of your Life.

Included:

  • Weekend stay at Upper Court including meals (alcohol-free)
  • Guided walks and nature drawing sessions
  • Nightly fires with access to pool, sauna and hot-tub
