Beautiful weekend hen do
This was a weekend hen do trip for around 25 people. The grounds, tennis courts and pools were all excellent. Even approaching the house was beautiful. We had excellent communication from the hosts prior to staying with detailed instructions, room plans and optional extras. As the organizer of the hen do I got multiple compliments from the attendees for finding such an excellent venue

Up to 43 guests across the estate. The Dovecote sleeps 4, the Courtyard Cottage 8, and the Coach House 17. The Coach House and Courtyard Cottage can be taken together as the Courtyard Cottages, sleeping 25. Six further rooms in the manor house bring the full estate to 43.
Yes. Many of our guests take Upper Court in full i.e. the Manor house, all three cottages, and the fifteen acres of grounds. Useful for events, family gatherings and company retreats. It is yours for the stay, with no other guests on site.
The pool is outdoor (covered) and can be heated during May to September. The hot tub and sauna are available to hire throughout the year. There is a charge for heating the pool.
They are. One dog is welcome in each of the Coach House, Courtyard Cottage and the Dovecote, at £10 per dog per night. This covers additional cleaning. The Manor house rooms are kept dog-free, so do book a cottage if you are travelling with one.
Minimum stay depends on what you book. The Dovecote and individual manor house rooms can be taken for a single night. The cottages have a two-night minimum, and exclusive use of the whole estate a three-night minimum. Longer minimums may apply over peak periods such as Christmas and New Year.
