The Wisteria Room is in our beautiful Georgian manor house, with 15 acres of stunning grounds, including a lake, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. The manor house is home to the Herford family, who inhabit a separate floor, and have been welcoming guests to Upper Court for more than 40 years.
The bedroom is tastefully furnished in English Country House style, with an elegant antique four-poster king sized bed. With a comfortable armchairs, and teamaking facilities, you can sit and enjoy a quiet moment of peace.
We welcome couples, and solo adventurers. The Wisteria Room is also suitable for business travellers looking for a country retreat with quick access to the M5, Tewkesbury (4 miles), Worcester (20 miles), Oxford (1 hour) and Birmingham (1 hour).
Please note that, due to the nature of the setting, the Wisteria Room is not suitable for children aged 2-10. Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs in the Manor House. They are, however, welcome in our Coach House 16 and Dovecote cottages, so please do enquire for further information.
